I’ve spent nearly two decades learning to empathize with all types of customers: end users, businesses, and internal stakeholders ranging from R&D and Sales to the Executive Team. Learning their pain points has allowed me to solve challenging problems with market leading products in different industries.

More recently, I have built a high performing product management team that embraces a common set of customer-centric principles that invites the rest of the company to participate in understanding and solving customer problems.

By leaning on a combination of deep empathy, structured collaboration, and continual improvement, I drive profitable revenue growth for my company. I want to share my experience and expertise so help aspiring product managers and future CX leaders make delightful products and experiences.
